Platform
Secure, open, and yours to change.
For CIOs and IT teams: how the platform is built, how it stays open to your people and your agents, and the status of each piece.
Open by design, ready for agents
The plan: the screens and your team use the same documented API, and your IT team adds fields and changes business rules with a version history instead of raising a vendor ticket and waiting for a release.
AI agents, yours or ours, will work through narrow, scoped tools rather than screen-scraping, with every action logged and anything consequential waiting for a person to approve it. Today Ask is read-only. Until answers from an AI model are switched on in the demo, it gives recorded answers to its suggested questions, answers a typed question about one named order, customer, quote, plant or balancing proposal from the demo data, and answers others from the published method that covers them; broader or reworded questions are often not recognised yet.

Security, isolation and audit
Sign-in runs on Amazon Cognito, and API Gateway checks a signed token on every call before any code runs. Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID is on the roadmap.
Today the application keeps companies apart: the API reads the company from the signed-in user’s token on every request and reads or writes only that company’s data. Row-level security in PostgreSQL will enforce the same boundary in the database itself; the database and its policies are deployed and tested, but the demo screens don’t read from it yet.
Each request is logged with who made it, for which company and whether it succeeded, and a company’s administrators read the last 30 days of that log in the app and download it. Evaluations run today in prepared demo companies with logins that expire; a new company for each prospect on demand is in development.

Explainable and deterministic
The planning engine gives the same plan for the same inputs, every time, and its outputs are checked against reviewed golden files on every change. Quantities and money are whole numbers, so nothing drifts in rounding.
Every screen links to the method behind its numbers, and cockpit figures open to show how they were calculated. Recommendations show their trade-offs, and the engine only proposes: a planner decides on each move.

Move at your pace
Replace your current ERP and MES in one move, or phase it in module by module. Customers, specs and orders will come across from your current system’s exports with a reconciliation report down to the cent; today that import runs as a simulation on illustrative formats.
Releases are small and frequent. Every tested change deploys automatically, and the app always shows its version, deploy time and known limitations.

A cost you can see
The platform runs on managed, serverless AWS services, so compute scales with use rather than with servers sized for the peak.
A five-year TCO calculator compares what you spend today with the platform, phased in plant by plant or module by module with parallel running, and keeps hard cash apart from soft savings in its break-even and net present value. Every figure is yours to enter; nothing is prefilled, and we never invent a competitor’s price.

Architecture
How it’s built.
Managed AWS services wherever they fit the workload, chosen for reliability, security, operating cost and speed of delivery. Today the API enforces company boundaries on every request; enforcement in the database is in development, and plant-level access control is planned.
- Web app Live in demoReact, one responsive design system for desk, phone and tablet, with 44px touch targets, checked for accessible contrast in light and dark.
- API Live in demoHTTPS API on Amazon API Gateway and AWS Lambda. A signed token is checked on every call before any code runs.
- Planning engine Live in demoWritten in Rust, deterministic, with a versioned JSON contract, integer units and golden-file tests. Runs as a serverless function.
- Data In developmentDec 2026Amazon Aurora Serverless v2 PostgreSQL, with row-level security policies per company deployed and tested. The demo screens don’t read from it yet, so today the API keeps companies apart.
- AI SimulatedAsk calls a model through the Anthropic API or Amazon Bedrock behind nine read-only, logged tools, with a daily token cap per company. Model answers are not switched on in the demo yet, so it answers from recorded answers, the demo data and the published methods. Agents that change data will wait for a person to approve.
- Delivery Live in demoInfrastructure as code (AWS CDK). Every change is tested in CI and deployed with short-lived credentials; no AWS keys are stored in CI.
